Though it may have felt like a lot of snow fell on Friday, Jan. 10, it did not come close to breaking any Knoxville records.

There is a possibility of snow across East Tennessee on Saturday night, Jan. 18 and Sunday, Jan. 19, according to the National Weather Service. The wintry mix on Saturday should be mainly rain, but at higher elevations in the mountains it will "probably begin as snow."

The recent snowfall across Tennessee actually helped law enforcement in the southeastern part of the state track down a fugitive from Georgia Sunday morning.

Wintry conditions led to 118 reported crashes across East Tennessee, according to a recent release by the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
