A Mega Millions ticket sold in Texas won $3 million and narrowly missed the $361 million jackpot, lottery officials say. The ticket matched five winning numbers and the Megaplier, but not the Mega Ball, in the drawing Tuesday, Nov. 12, the national Mega Millions site said.

SAN ANTONIO — Someone in San Antonio has a few million reasons to be happy after their numbers were drawn in the Texas Lottery. They purchased a winning Mega Millions ticket from an H-E-B located in southeast San Antonio and just won a cool $3 million dollars.

No tickets were sold matching all six numbers in Tuesday night’s Mega Millions lottery drawing pushing Friday’s estimated jackpot to $387 million. One ticket was sold matching five numbers and the Megaplier in Texas and is worth $3 million.
