Two Republicans endorsed by President Donald Trump will win their special primaries Tuesday, moving one step closer to bringing Speaker Mike Johnson a little breathing room for the GOP’s narrow majority in the House.

Republican voters in several Florida counties head to the polls on Tuesday, where they will select GOP nominees to fill seats that were held by former Reps. Michael Waltz and Matt Gaetz.

Trump-endorsed state Sen. Randy Fine easily won a special House primary Tuesday in northwest Florida, setting him up to fill a vacant, deep-red seat.
