PAULDING COUNTY, Ga. — The largest fuel pipeline in the U.S. is now estimated to remain down through Friday after a gas leak in Paulding County, Colonial Pipeline said Wednesday. There is not a public health threat associated with the leak, but gas supply issues could arise.

The Colonial Pipeline is one of the most important pieces of energy infrastructure in the United States, providing nearly half the gasoline and diesel fuel consumed by the East Coast.
