Jennifer Crumbley, the convicted mother of the Oxford High School shooter in Michigan, is seeking to be released from prison while her conviction is being appealed. Jennifer Crumbley's attorney told Court TV, 'We believe eventually some court in this process is going to throw this case out.'

Crumbley's attorney, Michael Deszi, filed a motion in the Oakland County Circuit Court on Thursday, arguing that Crumbley is not a "flight risk" and "poses no danger to the public."
