Kyle Connor scored twice and Connor Hellebuyck made 24 saves as the Winnipeg Jets won their fourth in a row, 4-1 over the Montreal Canadiens.

MONTREAL -- Kyle Connor scored twice, and the Winnipeg Jets extended their winning streak to four games with a 4-1 victory against the Montreal Canadiens at Bell Centre on Tuesday. Mark Scheifele also scored, and Gabriel Vilardi had two assists for the Jets (35-14-3), who are 8-2-1 in their past 11 games. Connor Hellebuyck made 24 saves.

Tuesday evening the Winnipeg Jets kickoff a three-game road trip with their first stop in La Belle Province to take on the Montreal Canadiens.  Puck drop is slated for 7 pm ET live from the

Montreal always seems to give Winnipeg a tough test, especially in their own building. The Jets lost 4-3 in a shootout during last year’s annual visit (Laurent Brossoit was in net), and fell 4-1 the previous season (with Hellebuyck between the pipes).
