North Dakota State won its record 10th Football Championship Subdivision title by beating top-seeded and previously undefeated Montana State 35-32 on Monday night.

The North Dakota State Bison are champions once again! They took down the Montana State Bobcats 35-32 in the FCS Championship down in Frisco, TX.

North Dakota State defeated Montana State 35-32 for their 10th national championship and their first since they defeated the Bobcats in the championship game three years ago. North Dakota State managed to fend off a strong second half comeback attempt by Montana State who came within three points of the Bison but never led.

The game was the 15th and final scheduled FCS title game at Frisco’s Toyota Stadium amid the venue’s multiyear renovation project.
