Dallas-Fort Worth remained under a flood watch Thursday morning as storms continued to dump inches of rain on North Texas.
On Wednesday at 11:08 p.m. the NWS Fort Worth TX issued a flash flood warning. The warning is for Ellis, Hill and Johnson counties.
