Blake Lively and husband Ryan Reynolds told a federal judge Thursday that they will seek to dismiss Justin Baldoni’s defamation lawsuit. Attorneys for the two sides are due in court Monday for the first hearing on the megafeud between the two “It Ends With Us” co-stars.

With the first actual hearing in the multi-million dollar lawsuits between It Ends With Us co-stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni coming up early next week, the Gossip Girl alum and spouse Ryan Reynolds have finally said the quiet part out loud.

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds’ lawyers proclaimed they wanted Bryan Freedman disciplined by the courts for the attorney’s “extrajudicial statements” in the media against the actress for his client Justin Baldoni in the multiple lawsuits battle between the It Ends With Us co-stars.
