The consistent play on offense and stellar defense showed up on Saturday as Clemson took down the NC State Wolfpack in a dominating 59-35 win. Quarterback Cade Klubnik and running back Phil Mafah both had huge performances. Klubnik finished with 279 total yards and four total touchdowns while Mafah recorded 107 rushing yards and a touchdown.

Quarterback Cade Klubnik and the Clemson Tigers' offense sure look like they've officially arrived. At halftime, the 19th-ranked Tigers lead NC State, 45-7, in the ACC opener for both teams at Clemson Memorial Stadium.

Clemson's offense was on fire from the jump with Cade Klubnik scoring on a 55-yard rush less than two minutes into the game on an option play where he went virtually untouched into the endzone to put Clemson on top 7-0 early.
