One person was killed and more than a dozen others were injured at Tuskegee University in Alabama early Sunday, the university said. Some of those injured are students.

One person is dead and multiple people are injured following a mass shooting on the Tuskegee University campus during the school's 100th homecoming weekend. The shooting happened on campus early Sunday morning and resulted in the death of a non-university individual,

The shooting, which wounded 12 people, happened early on Sunday as crowds gathered at the historically Black school to celebrate the final day of its 100th homecoming week.
