Acer just announced a trio of new Predator gaming laptops at CES 2025 that are packed with high-end specs. They arrive with different price points and feature sets, but all of them include NVIDIA RTX-50 series GPUs.

Acer has spec bumps and display upgrades for its top-of-the-line Predator Helios 18 and 16 gaming laptops coming later this year.

The Acer Nitro V comes with a medium-sized 512GB SSD that might need to be upgraded for users who have larger game libraries or those who plan to use the laptop for other workloads such as video editing. Getting more RAM is a no-brainer too with 8GB of RAM being underwhelming for most workloads beyond casual browsing and office work.
