The Dallas Mavericks dropped their fourth straight game on Thursday night, losing to the Utah Jazz 115-113. Some of the same issues that have plagued the Mavs reared their ugly heads, including Luka Doncic making another mistake in the clutch.

The Dallas Mavericks let a very winnable game slip from their fingertips on Thursday night after an inexcusable defensive blunder in the penultimate possession of the game gave the Utah Jazz an easy basket to give them a 115-113 win.

Dallas' latest defeat was quite the heartbreaker. After Klay Thompson tied things up 113-113 with 27 seconds left, the Mavs had a real opportunity to extend the game. However, a defensive miscue with less than 10 seconds left saw Jazz forward John Collins wide open from near the rim.
