Women's NCAA conference awards: UConn's Paige Bueckers wins third Big East Player of the Year honor
As expected, Bueckers added another Big East Player of the Year trophy to her collection. She has now won the award in back-to-back seasons and three times overall, which is tied for the most in league history. Bueckers averaged 18.6 points, 4.5 rebounds, five assists and 2.1 steals on 53.4% shooting from the field.

Perhaps the biggest honor went to senior Paige Bueckers, who was named the conference’s Player of the Year. It marked the third time in Bueckers’ career that she earned it. She averaged 18.1 points per game, which helped keep UConn undefeated in Big East play.
