Delmer "Del" Lord (October 7, 1894 – March 23, 1970) was a Canadian film director and actor best known as a director of Three Stooges films.

Del Lord was born on 7 October 1894 in Grimsby, Ontario, Canada. He was a director and producer, known for What Price Vengeance (1937), Barnum Was Right (1929) and Idle Roomers (1944). He died on 23 March 1970 in Calabasas, California, USA.

He moved across the country to Hollywood after Sennett offered him a job at his Keystone Studios. At Keystone, Lord appeared in countless popular films and was one of the original Keystone Kops. He played the driver of their van, and was known for his skilled driving and comedic timing in this role.

Del Lord was one of the original Keystone Kops. He was renowned for his almost perfect sense of timing, which would allow him to drive a truck full of the Kops to the very edge of a precipice without tumbling over it, or maneuver cars in incredibly tight areas or between speeding trains.

With a successful directing career, Del Lord boasts the ability to create compelling screen images. In 1920, he made his directorial debut with "Pals and Petticoats." In 1941, he directed "All the World's A Stooge."

Prior to becoming a director, Del Lord began his career at the Mack Sennett Studios as a stunt driver for the Keystone Kops.
