Nicola Virginia Adams (born 26 October 1982) is a British former professional boxer who competed from 2017 to 2019. She retired with an undefeated record and held the World Boxing Organization (WBO) female flyweight title in 2019.

In front of 16,000 home fans, Adams pulled off her greatest victory yet by clinching gold against China’s Ren Cancan – the world No.1 and her nemesis in the 2010 and 2012 World Championship final.
